پس از بُروز اشکالات اخیر ویندوز 10 در بهروزرسانی اخیر، مایکروسافت تصمیم به اطلاعرسانی دائمی وضعیت مشکلات به کاربران گرفت.
مایکروسافت مدتی پیش بود که پس از دردسرهای بهروزرسانی ماه اکتبر ویندوز 10، از ادامهی انتشار این نسخه جلوگیری کرد تا کاربران کمتری دچار اختلال سیستم صوتی بهدلیل نقص در درایور جدید کارت گرافیک اینتل شوند.
این اتفاق موجب تلنگری برای مایکروسافت شد تا باگها و مشکلات ناگهانی و متعدد هر نسخه از بهروزرسانیهای ویندوز 10 را بهرسمیت بشناسد و صفحهای برای اطلاعرسانی دربارهی آنها به کاربران و وضعیت رسیدگی به این مشکلات ایجاد کند.
