تاکید بر بررسی وضعیت موسیقی خیابانی
خبرگزاری ایسنا: عضو کمیسیون فرهنگی و اجتماعی شورای شهر تهران بر ضرورت لزوم تشکیل کارگروهی برای بررسی وضعیت و حمایت از هنرمندان موسیقی خیابانی تاکید کرد.
حجت نظری با اشاره به وضعیت موسیقی خیابانی در تهران گفت: متأسفانه از موسیقی خیابانی حمایتی انجام نمی‌شود و حتی بعضا دیده می‌شود که نیروهای شهرداری با این گروه‌های موسیقی به عنوان سدمعبر برخورد می‌کنند.
وی با بیان اینکه براساس قانون، وزارت ارشاد مسئولیت ارائه مجوز به گروه‌های موسیقی را برعهده دارد و برهمین اساس می بایست برای وضعیت گروه‌های موسیقی خیابانی نیز چاره اندیشی کند، ادامه داد: وزارت ارشاد می بایست محور تصمیم گیری باشد و مجموعه‌هایی همچون شهرداری و پلیس نیز کمک کننده باشند.
نظری با بیان اینکه فعالیت گروه های موسیقی خیابانی باید از سوی وزارت ارشاد به رسمیت شناخته شود افزود: اگر میخواهیم اقدام جدی در مورد تعیین وضعیت گروه‌های موسیقی خیابانی اتفاق بیفتد باید وزارت ارشاد وارد میدان شود؛ در غیر این صورت شهرداری نمی‌تواند با بخشنامه و مصوبه به ادامه فعالیت این گروه‌ها کمک کند. به همین دلیل نیز لازم است که کارگروهی برای بررسی وضعیت و حمایت از این هنرمندان با محوریت وزارت ارشاد تشکیل شود.
